Simply follow these 3 steps below.
- Enter the name of the product into the description box
- Select the desired quantity you wish to order for the item.
- Then click add to cart
To request multiple different GW products, just repeat the steps above for each new item. Request as many items as you'd like & when finished, continue to proceed through checkout, making sure to include your Name/email. You will not be charged for items yet at this time in the process.
Once your special order request is received we'll review it to check for each requested item's availability & start preparing your Order Invoice for you. (Please note that any item's unavailable at the time of the request will not be added onto the final invoice).
When everything is ready you'll receive an Invoice from us to the email address you provided where you can double check everything & pay for your special order, once paid your special order is complete & will be added on to our next available shipment.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Most our Games Workshop orders are submitted once per week on Mondays (excluding any major holidays) and typically arrive to the shop in 20-25 business days (currently subject to delays due to on going COVID-19 circumstances) . So try to have all special order requests in by no later then closing time (6pm) Sunday of each week. Orders placed after that time will be added/processed for the following week.
